We are seeking for an accomplished professional with minimum 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate needs to be a self-motivator who is passionate and willing to work in a bright, busy, deadline-driven environment.
High proficiency with excel (using it to configure, analyse, present data)
Basic knowledge of database and architecture
Exposure to marketing automation & Analytics tools like Appsflyer, Google Analytics, etc.
Strong analytical background with experience in SQL.
Experience in managing marketing activities with and through third-party tools.
Work with Travel meta partners such as Google Hotel Price Ads, TripAdvisor, Trivago, Skyscanner and Kayak to achieve daily/monthly/quarterly transaction targets at lowest cost.
Work with the partners to increase marketing efficiencies while scaling up campaigns.
Run and analyse continuous multiple experiments to find new opportunities of growth and efficiency.
Implement bidding adjustments, identify tests opportunities and evaluate results.
Demonstrate ability to work at the planning level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analysing traffic data).
Oversee and continue to improve pricing, attribution, and overall data access to analyse key metrics & provide complete performance reporting with relevant actions on insights gained.
Build regular reports to measure channel performance, to make data-driven decisions on P&L management, to help troubleshoot day-to-day issues, and to identify opportunities.
Cross functional collaboration with category, revenue and technology teams to improve competitiveness in the Meta landscape and with product teams to enhance conversion rates.
Communicate performance trends and present findings to the wider team.
Leverage market research and audience insights to think creatively about segmenting, targeting and reaching potential customers with the appropriate channels and messages and ensure creative validation through experimentation.
Use Google Analytics, and other third-party tools, to analyse and showcase the effectiveness of our digital strategies, including creating ad hoc and recurring reports.
